Freedom
Literary I been given 4 days of freedoms to do whatever and whenever I want. The reason is because my girlfriend flight to Phuket for her reunion. This is what I have in my mind for these few days

Thing have to do:
1) Do Grocery
2) Clean my room
3) Eat a lot of junk foods
4) Buy DVD(s)
5) Prepare some math exam paper
6) Stay up late
7) Go MPH buy some book to read

Things can do when there is nothing to do:
1) Blink wildly and then close your eyes really tight for an interesting light show
2) Use my secret mind power
3) Rate passers by
4) Repeat the same word over and over until it loses its meaning
5) Look at something for awhile, shut eyes, study after image

hmm......is that all what i can think of when she's not arround?? *scratch*scratch :)

My Favourite Homemade cake: Horlick Layer Cake
I want to introduce you all about this tasty cake called Horlick Layer Cake. Trust me even though it looks simple but huu......it taste fatatic. If you wanna try out youself then dont be hesitate, just follow below instructions. I guarantee you will not be regret! Enjoy!!

Ingredient:
Butter 250gm
Caster Sugar 3/4 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Eggs 10 + 1
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Horlick (original) 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 1 small can (about 1 1/3 cup)
Nescafe 1 tablespoon diluted in 2 spoon hot water
(You can use any other instant or decaf coffee but keep it strong!)

How To make the Cake:
1. Mix the butter and caster sugar with electric mixer until smooth and creamy
2. With the mixer still on at medium speed, add the 10 eggs 1 by 1 (note I typed 10. Keep the 1 egg for later)
3. Combine the baking powder and flour together and mix this gently to the egg, butter, sugar mixture.
4. Pour in the condensed milk.
5. Divide the batter into 2 bowl equally.
6. Add horlick to one of the batter and nescafe solution to the other one. Add the extra egg to the horlick batter so that the batter wont be so thick.(Thanks Irene from Btu for making the effort to ask me!I completely forgotten about the extra egg. This shows how blur I am!)
7. You will need a steamer that you can fit your baking tray into. Normaly, I will recommend a round 8 inch tray but you can use a smaller one and bake 2 batches or using multi layer steamer, if you have one, to save time. Remember to keep the steamer at its lowest temperature or else your batter will have bubbles.
8. Greese the baking tray with cooking oil or olive oil.
9. Start by taking 1 scoop of the horlick batter (soup scoop/ladle will do very well) and spread it over the bottom of the pan. Don't worry if it start to mix with the oil.
10. Steam for about 10 min. If you see a bubble, use a long slim skewer and pierce it.
11. Pour the nescafe batter in and steam again. Repeat the process until the batter finished.
12. When you are finished with the last one, steam the whole cake for another 1 hour or until the skewer comes out from the middle of the cake completely clean.
13. Leave the cake on the rack to cool.

Learning From The Mistake
Today Star news I come across to the headline quote “Don’t believe Anwar, urges Liow”. Penang MCA Youth chief Datuk Liow Tiong Lai said Anwar had caused “severe” damage to the community through his many unfair policies when he was Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister.
The question is whether we forgive and allow him to represent people once again? There is no perfect human being. Everyone make a mistake including the most standout person in the world. The important thing is the journey of learning from the mistake. Anwar had done many “unfair” things to Chinese community in the past but now he is portraying a total different image. Whether we believe his good deed will bring benefit to our community lets time tells everything.

Birthday Boy
27th April was my birthday and YES! I’m getting older. Anyway, I really want thanks all my friends and specially my girlfriend, who celebrate with me and also not forgetting my mum who carried me for 9 months and gave birth to me. Thanks All.
This year my gf give me S500i, yup a cell phone as a birthday present. I’m thrill with it because that what I wish for. We start the day by watching Forbidden Kingdom by Jackie Chang and Jet Li at Queensbay. Maybe she knows I’m active like Jackie and cute like Jet Li that’s why we went for this movie. And the movie was great. I will rate this movie 4.5/5 (0.5 loss due to environment). We end the day by dinning at SP Setia Restaurant with my favourite Fruits Cake together with a lovely birthday song played by the restaurant. And you bet, the scenario there was great too.
Wow......I was really enjoying it. Thanks again Joyce for all the arrangement.

Scolding
Since I came to Penang, I have take up tuition class as my side income. I like this job because I think of myself as parent to many children, who tutor and assist them with their homework. In occasion, I also will step in and save the child from future problems. It is an important to hiring a right tutor which often the most efficient way to provide the support, confidence and edge the child needs to reach his or her full potential. The sooner you do that, the quicker and easier the situation can be reversed.
However, one thing I learn from this tuition is technique to scold the student. Share some two cent of mine in scolding:
1- People with different character should not be treated the same but should scold them based on their character type.
2 – Differentiate scold people in a cautious manner and scold a lot
3 – Let them know you are in-charge
4 – Don’t over scold else it will reflect your income (espectually when your salary base on the student attendance)
5 – Face expression

Dragon-i (Queensbay,Penang)

Yesterday was friend of mine birthday and we went to dragon-i. The food there was quite nice to eat and we really enjoy it. This restaurant not alien to us because we been there for couple times either with managers, US counter part or with friends. The funny thing is, they start with friendly and efficient service but later on they seem became reluctant to serve us even we call for bill. What a rude!
Anyway, beyond entering the Dragon-i; you will not miss the bigger four Chinese characters written on the left side of the sign board reads “Long de chuan ren”. If you translate it to English, it would mean the descendant of dragon. On the right hand side, the smaller chinese characters read "La mien xiao long pao" or pull noodle small dragon bun??
Overall, I would say that you can pop by if you are shopping around in Queensbay and suddenly feel like having some decent Chinese food to fill up your stomach. Other than that, I personally will not propose this restaurant reason because I can get much cheaper and definitely much tastier food outside. In spite saying that, the xiao long pao is definitely worth try since it’s something you don’t get like anywhere and everywhere.
