**RING **RING New Vietnamese Restaurant will open at Penang soon. They call it “MISS SAIGON Vietnamese Cuisine”. Nope, I haven’t trying yet because they only open @ 2nd of May 2008. Will let you all know once I try it ok? For those who wanna try before me below is the information
